They know they can keep increasing these fees because there is a demand, the numbers of people still waiting in line globally to come to the UK is high, they know there are still shortages in the health sector, immigration makes so much money for the uk and they will keep capitalising on the demand until the UK becomes less attractive to foreigners.
People will still pay even if they tripple the fees. The attraction to the UK will not end soon so this is another heist for the UK govt since the study route reduced.
If you are currently on a 3 year care visa, would you need a new COS from the organization at the end of the period, or you can just apply directly to Home Office for a visa extension based on that old COS
