Hi, can I apply Naturalisation citizenship with my expired passport?
There is no such rule, but it is recommended that you have a current passport in case the Home Office has issues, especially when submitting the biometrics.

Hello, is it okay if don't have previous application dates from 2015 till 2018, have the biometric cards of all the extensions though will it be fine or they must require the previous application dates etc?

You can mention estimated dates and after that provide that the dates are based on the estimates in the "Extra information" section on the form.
You can also submit your passport pages stamped additionally.

Yes, you can.
Hi, I’m applying for a child turning 16 in a week, him and his father have settled status under eu settlement and the mother has indefinite leave to remain. Am I right he doesn’t need to do the life in the uk test and english test? I’ve just ticked no for both questions in his application but they didnt ask any follow up questions confirming he’s a child hence he doesn’t need to do the tests. They’ve lived in the uk for 10 years now. Thanks for any help.

Hi, thanks for your videos. I have a question, when should i upload the documents before or after the payment? Also should i create a new account for ukvcas account that different from the one that i used for ILR as i tried to login but would not be able to re set my password
According to the process, once the application fee is paid, you book a biometrics appointment, and documents are uploaded once the biometric appointment is booked before attending the appointment.
Regarding the UKVCAS account, you should use the email on the naturalisation application to create it. If the same email was used previously, you should be able to reset the password. Otherwise, you'll get an account creation email.
Thanks for your reply. @@AYJSolicitors
Can i add my children to my naturalisation application or its better to apply for them separately and create separate accounts for them. Thanks for all your help and support . Wish you all the best.
You can add dependants to your own application, it does not affect the process in any way.
Hi can I use my B1 English test even expired for the last 2 yrs thanks
Hi can I ask one doubt please
My wife will be eligible for PR next month. Once getting PR we are planning to apply naturalisation for our babies. They both born in the UK. The elder one was out of the UK for 3 months (maternity time) and 190 days (when conceiving 2nd time). And younger one was out of the UK for almost 100 days (maternity time).
Will it be problem??
Children do not have a residency requirement. However, additional supporting documents should be provided to evidence their strong ties to the UK.
@@AYJSolicitors Thank you for your reply. May I know the acceptable list of documents please
What are the acceptable documents? Please reply
It was great information please just improve your accent thanks
Hi, can we go through the naturalisation route without having the ILR as I saw the application requires you to complete the ILR received date? We will complete 10 years in the UK in 2025, however with the current visa, we will be applicable for ILR in 2026.
