This game is an Amazing experience. Things that need to be added/ fixed - Map waypoint - proper new game + - Higher difficulty -New game modes The foundation is solid and is begging for expansion. The possibilities are staggering
Not only is it good to have 2 different weapon types, but you need to know when to change to weapons of different damage types (that boss you seemed to have difficulty with when using the Mono Scrapper, would have gone much smother using a weapon that dealt electrical damage rather than ballistic)

Absolutely spot on tutorial! Wish I had looked it up before sinking 15 hrs to figure it out. Probably this is just my own stupidity, but how can you aim down, from an elevated position? Let's say you're standing on top of a stairway, enemies confronting you by storming upwards. I find it impossible to hit these enemies, until they arrive at my elevation (while shooting me in the face). The LT action does not work downstairs. It's kind of annoying, because it's disrupting the flow in gameplay. Instead of using the high ground (like obi wan) I have to wait for the horde to climb the huge ass stairway/ramp, fighting all of them at once, instead thinning them down from above.
Since a long time, finely and finally someone made a good cyberpunk game with a bad ass Ghost in the shell like soundtrack, love the game so far, wish more studios would Invest more love to this genre.
Early on I had a TON of trouble with spider, but I later decided to just give up and grind for equipment elsewhere, finding a decent energy machine gun (idk77), and getting some augs, namely the ones with lifesteal and auto-target, using them as a combo for super damage/survivability.
Awesome tips brother. I just started playing it solo and even playing it on easy I struggled in certain parts of the main campaign like the Siege Mech in Trading Places and sabotaging the systems in the Empowerment mission. I haven’t upgraded my weapons yet so that’s what I need to do. The number of times I died by the Siege Mech it did have an upside as bounty’s would randomly spawn in the mob before the Mech appears so I racked up 12 of them before I finally beat that mech. I went to a bartender to earn thousands of dollars turning in my bounty’s.
Thank you so much. Took 3 hours to install on my laptop. Can't wait to dive in. This is the game I dreamed of when I was 12. I'm 32 so it was worth it.
for 7:34 its best to have a ballistic gun and an energy gun. Because these 2 cover all type of enemy. Some enemy are weaker against either these 2 type of gun
Just downloaded this today while looking for a cyberpunk 2077 like game because I don’t wanna pay the $70 for the ultimate version. And what a pleasant surprise.
Even the ability to add custom waypoints with indicators pointing up or down would be a big help. The verticality of the maps can be insane in some areas.

My biggest problem with this game is no custom way points. That and not being able to get cyberdeck upgrades bc i need cyberdeck upgrades. Other than that im really enjoying the game
Game is fun, BUT there’s so many glitches found in my co-op experience so far. We are about 4 hours in and it’s filled with black screens, continuous gun fire long after firefights have ended, continuous tutorials that reoccur especially during fighting, stuck at bartender talking view, and random crashes. I’m playing on Xbox X and my bro on PC.
I played the game solo on xbox. Two quests were glitched and impossible to complete (kill flavius and liberation), the game crashed about twice a day, the load screens were very long, one glitch made all the enemies in the world disappear, and the list goes on…. I enjoyed the game, but I was also relieved when it was over.
About the doing the side quests before anything else - do not do this. Alot of the early side missions require you to get to certain areas that are unavailable because of story progression. You will also run into enemies along the way who will one-shot you, again, because you are not supposed to go there yet. Do 4-5 story missions and then do some side-quests. That will save you an hour of banging your head against the wall. Edit: disregard my comment here as it has been fixed!

I found in the beginning with the pistols don’t hold the firing button if you pull the trigger manually you’ll be able to shoot a lot faster and stand a better chance of living
You forgot about enemy level if their a skull on the side of the health bar, it mean that you are under level. Man avoid the edge in the second map if you under level 17 cause the enemy is at level 18 to 20
You and I seem to be the only gamers on the freaking planet who managed to figure this out! I learned this because I played the game on hard. The boss was so difficult I experimented with nearly everything I could. I also got the idea when I saw the boss pixilated when I did enough damage to it. I figured this must be a clue that it was susceptible to digital damage. Unfortunately, I was not smart enough to figure out the eggs could be hacked.
One of the best experience I have ever had in gaming. It has many flaws but it's just an INSANE experience! 🥰 It also has a lot of untapped potential I hope they are going to work on, maybe with another DLC, maybe in a second version of the game...

not able to change my characters pants . no matter what pant i choose it shows the one i got at the very start along with the symbol of a paint brush . guess i permanently locked on to the initial cosmetics . went to the grafter still no solution
Has some sound bugs. When you are in a shop you can hear things buzz by. Really annoying and outside sound can have issues as well. Thats harder to explain. When Im walking around its like my guy is running through the water in the towers but there is no water. Also hate walking around and all of a sudden 1 shot Im dead because Im a level 4 or 5 and a level 20 comes out of nowhere.
Aesthetically-pleasing game, it would seem, but why the Diablo view? This game, done like Mass Effect 2 or 3 view and similar mechanics would be the way -with optional 1st person camera (like Skyrim option).
Take my word for it, the Overwhelmer machine gun is the best gun in the game and it’s not available in the weapon shops. If you’ve having trouble progressing, look up where to find it.
i find the stick control, awkward ,having to push the aim stick forward to aim as you pull the movement stick back to back of. i got the rocket launcher with guided missals by second main mission, i up graded it to level 4. blow every one up.

I literally glazed over this game when I seen it in game pass until I ran out of games I liked and finally downloaded it. The first hour was fun but I’m sure for a lot of people it felt like ok this is good but nothing special but I PROMISE YOU if you soldier on this game is INCREDIBLE AND I LOVED IT. Wow I felt like such a dumb ass for not downloading this game right away lol. Don’t judge a book by its cover and I learned the hard way but thankfully if a fool persists in his folly he may become wise.
The lack of interactive map and useless quest markers is holding the game back. I actually stopped playing because i got fed up with running around chasing the wrong objective.
Pro tip, if you can't hack vending machines early on, just shoot them instead, it can get you one or two of the item for free, but not as much as hacking can.
Another Essential Tip - Turn the Volume UP: The soundtrack is incredible

If you like Shadowrun or Bladerunner, you will LOVE this game, it captures the feel of a cyberpunk future sooo well and the graphics are INCREDIBLE

Changing quest tracker from O to thumb mouse button makes things so much easier

There's no option to rebind buttons on XBox Series X that i've seen. Also there's no option to change difficulty like there is on PC.
The different weapon damage types Make a big difference. Machine's are weak against power or electric damage organic weak against fire

There’s soooo many bugs in this game, hell one of them is every time you get a new skin it disappears and is really frustrating.
I've found that if you go to the grafter right away you can use them but they're not in your inventory the next day but the skin you changed to is

They deal pretty poor damage but enemies often focus them.

My biggest complaint is the map, it looks nothing like the world you are actually in, it's hard to navigate and really quite pointless.

You can find an SMG pretty early on, or at least I did, on a body guarded by the first 2 human enemies I think I encountered.

when you fight the spider bot, you can use i/o inveter tartical to kill him quicker, by a lot :V

Im loving this game so far, really draws me in. Makes me feel like I'm Blade Runner. I like to run a Machine gun and a energy cannon for robots.
The spider boss takes energy weapon damage more than ballistic. I found it unusually tough with a machine gun.
Try digital damage. I played the game on hard and the darn thing was too tanky until I tried digital damage (IO converter).

Play main quests first. At least halfway. Most of the areas for side quests will be unlocked by then.

I uninstalled the the game 2x cause the aiming is so jerky, especially when behind cover. It’s getting better so now I’m enjoying the game more.

What you should of actually said was stick to the main quest for a bit because you won't have access to certain areas just yet.
