Many good societies also give 2 to 3 years to pay off development charges and csc should also follow this trend. By doing so, they Will foster a sense of trust and confidence among all investors. Taking proactive steps in this regard will not only win the hearts of our investors but also enhance the reputation and worth of Capital Smart City manifold.
Thank you bhai. As an overseas I won’t ever buy in there two projects. Already regretted investing here. I won’t recommend any one to buy here again. Investing in Pakistan they is no different between cancer or investing here.
I buy 6 files in surrounding Islamabad like capital, Faisal town phase 2 and others societies , all are negative and I can’t sold it ,Pak is not stable country, nobody knows coming days what happened in Pakistan, so I suggest you guys think again and again before investing in Pakistan

5 saal pehle bhi keh rahey they apni file ko 5 saal hold kar lo or ab phir se 5 saal hold karney ka kaha ja raha hai 😂
Be very careful all overseas. Don't ever invest in any society in Pakistan. They are not committed.
