You replied yes to my comment. I think you missed the part where I said if I "surrender" my PR, can they still consider me as deemed resident if my family is in Canada.
Dubai is no longer the booming job market it once was, with opportunities becoming more limited and the cost of living continuing to rise. If you’re thinking of moving here for work, I’d recommend considering the current economic challenges and making sure you have a solid 30K offer in hand before relocating
Thanks Wali khan for this discussion. Guess few common issues were missing. For example a Retired Canadian family is living in Canada and their children working in Pakistan, Dubai etc. wants to help their parents to buy a home. So how much money can be sent to Canada tax free and what rate of tax will be applied to this retired family if the amount is higher say C$ 100000 or more.
What happens if u became resident canadian and u had a property in uae which u did not sell. Now u become non resident canadian after 2 years. Do u pay capital gain tax?
Wali bhai, very informative and good velog masha Allah👍 Bhai I want to know kay apni pension jo hum Pakistan mein lay rahay thei,tu kya wo Canada aa ker declare kerna zaroori hei? You need atleast 30 k aed to have a decent life in dubai i dont know what percentage of people make that kind of money. Specifically people from pakistan
@@forexpipsideas4986I don’t know what type of class of people you hung out with but most Pakis i met from upper middle or upper class were def making a lot more than this. Maybe you belong to a poverty and low class and perhaps you met those kind of people only ? Are you like a laborer or like a Shelf Stocker at a grocery store ?
Thanks. If my family is in Canada as PR and I am based in Dubai as Canadian PR. Will I be deemed a resident if I surrender my Canadian PR? I intend to visit Canada on a visit visa for only a few days a year.

How about if you pension from Canada, but you move out? Along with old age pension, CPP, RRSP and TFSA?
Pl explain T 1135., you are saying the limit to file T 1135 is 100 thousand cad but what is 250 thousand cad. It's little confusing. Pl explain.
If you are a Canadian/US resident living anywhere and working. You need to declare domestic and foreign income when you file tax

I’m disgusted that people still only speak English. Mandarin and Hindi will be the lingua Franca of future
