Thanks for this wonderful demo. I do love how ASM combined the two engines together. The idea to have multi's contain both layers is excellent. I was afraid these would be "pointers" to the patches and once you change the single the multi will be affected as well.
I can't wait for the Deluxe to arrive (ETA 1st week feb 2022). My current hydra49 is not going anywhere too... I can't have enough hydrasynth in my life 😛

I wish ASM would make a 61 or 49 HS Deluxe. I just don’t have the space in my studio for a extra long synth, but I would really LOVE to have the duel engines.
I have two of these ordered for my kit. I'd love to see this in a 88 key hammer action - I'd buy two more!

My hydra synth won’t sync to my erm multi clock how do I fix this every other synth in my rig syncs easily but not hydra . Can you explain ? There are no tutorials on the site or utube 😤
Turn on external sync in the system menu.
ASM should incorporate a unisono index modulation source and polyphonic unison and then all the Hydrasynths could do binaural just at a sacrifice of 4 voices. Please send the message upstream ! :)
Well, using wavestack and panning left right you can get much of that described action already as you could have 11 oscillators left and 11 right (with the sun down center ) and with the stereo voice function it will also vary left and right
Yes but with unisono index you can pan certain elements across voices rather than just at the oscillator level, also poly unison would be very appreciated by most Hydrasynth users. 4 voice unison pls!

Who decided to make the sequencer such a pain in the ass to set notes in . Currently the LFOS steps thing is garbage. 👽😤
how is pressing a key hard to set notes in? its an lfo btw not a sequencer ;)
@@Fluxwithit and holding a button simultaneously each time too is stupid …it’s not just select record and play in a sequence pattern on the keyboard Ken . You know that . I actually did manage to do it but the process is stupid and is the first thing at the top of my list of firmware updates especially on a synth with the word DELUXE on it ! It’s the one thing I do hate about my beautiful hydra is it’s shit sequencer design Ken . Pass it along . 👽🤨
@@christoroppolo8742 again , it’s not a sequencer lol. It’s an lfo. It specifically doesn’t have a sequencer, there are much more robust sequencers on the market than you would fit in a synth like this without drastically raising costs. But yeah I dunno what to tell you, if pressing the step and then the note you want is a pain for you… then it’s gonna be a pain I guess 🤷♂️
