@@licecestep9411 the original “mom” was actually scalloped from the 10th up. This was due to the carve of the “thumb bone” around the treble bout, which limited George’s access to the upper frets. Another countermeasure taken was flattening the portion of the top of the thumb bone inside of the treble bout. Thanks for watching! G

I work and get paid quite decently at a gas station called Parker's kitchen. I just recently discovered Dokken because i was shooting the sh*t with some of my older regulars and we got to discussing metal. it was actually pretty sic finding all those older people that were metalheads. Great moment in life 🤘 also great job man!! sic guitar too!
Chris made the body blank and CNCed the body, Craig hand carved the details of the body and painted it. Neck is 100% custom Warmoth. Neck finish courtesy of Pat Wilkins. Took a village. 😉

Hey Johnny! Thank you. My guitar’s body blank (solid maple) was made by Chris Woods. He also CNC’ed it. Craig Rundels detail carved and painted it. Warmoth made the neck custom for me. George Lynch himself procured the bridge. Craig and I assembled in together in Austin. It’s a special instrument that. Lots of great memories attached to it. That SB Tiger is gorgeous. I love mine! G

Thanks! Those HMs are reissues. I’ve replaced all the bridges, pickups, 5 ways and re-wired the mini toggles. They are great guitars. I’ve got an original as well., but it doesn’t get much playing time: that Spyder tremolo just feels odd.

It was a custom build involving Craig Rundels, Christopher Woods, Warmoth, Pat Wilkins, a motorcycle shop in Austin and a hardware contribution from George Lynch himself.
The temporary neck that first adorned the guitar was not. It did not have a reverse headstock. This guitar will sit a bit awkwardly on your leg, and the treble cutaway is tricky to navigate - especially at higher speeds. Hey Frank, I’ll bet that Gerard Ganaden (he’s an admin of one of the FB Lynch groups) knows. I believe that, by 1987, it was showing up in guitar magazine photos scalloped. I wouldn’t swear to it in a court of law, though. Want to emphasize/disclaim that. Fun, isn’t it? G
It was a collaboration between Craig Rundels (body detail carving and airbrushing) and Christopher Woods (made body blank and CNC’ed the body carve at medium resolution). George Lynch supplied the bridge, Warmoth made the neck, Pat Wilkins finished the neck. Craig and I assembled it and set it up. G
