Saw two episodes and... I was skeptical but it is A W E S O M E, & fun! Hope it doesn't get canceled. 🤞 major kudos to the cast for pulling it off.
Massive shoes to fill for more so the writing and production team; the actors will be as good as the direction and material. What stands out for me in the original is the human element and the creative and almost cinematic ways in which the story was conveyed. All the best to the class of 2022!!
These folks got MIGHTY big shoes to fill and I really hope that this actually is a real continuation of the series that ties in because there's no replacing or ignoring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. I really hope that Scott is brought in and SOON because without Sam it's not Quantum Leap and Al needs to be paid tribute to because Dean was just as crucial as Scott to the success of the show.
It's nice to have confirmation that this is in fact a sequel, so I really hope they answer some questions that were left behind by the original

I hope the technological and sci fi elements don't take precedence over the human story. That's what Quantum Leap should be about.
Be cool to see Bruce McGill in the series at some point.
Al, Gooshie and Sam maybe gone, as for Sam that would be his fate. I'm getting enjoy the sounds of Ben, Addison, Magic, Ian and Jenn. They need is a new QL comic book with the characters from the 2020's QL show.
