Think the problem with plastic surgery in Korea is that they're not thinking about what will actually look good on their own faces. They all want one certain type of nose, or eyes, or face, etc, cause they just assume that it will automatically look good on their face. This is why korea needs a wider beauty standard. There are plenty of pretty girls in Korea who never get acknowledged cause they don't fit that one beauty standard, but not everyome can unless they completely uproot their face and put an entirely new one on it.

And one thing I know about Korean teenagers makeup - they always apply their lipstick at inner parts only : to make it look small. We can draw outside our lips with lip liner and make it look bigger ^^ and after that just filled in w lipstick :D it's all makeup tricks my dear ! I agree with you on that. I’m not a hard Stan of MMLD or a Stan but I do defend that. Hating isn’t the same as correcting but some of their scandals were due to miss angled cameras and footage that was edited to look like they were doing a certain thing.

What's become problematic was their image has been tainted badly by those 'scandals'. Aside from that, here in the PH, their music (esp. Bboom Bboom and BAAM) was kinda overexposed and they were highly sexualised, especially Nancy. I think she is so beautiful, I have no idea why people give her so much hate. She's talented, funny, caring, honest, has an amazing personality AND gorgeous. They've had a few scandals and a lot of unnecessary hate sent their way and now they are labeled problematic? I agree with you on that. I’m not a hard Stan of MMLD or a Stan but I do defend that. Hating isn’t the same as correcting but some of their scandals were due to miss angled cameras and footage that was edited to look like they were doing a certain thing.
What's sad and disappointing is that most of those 'scandals' are just misunderstandings that those people who throws unnecessary hate doesn't have time to do proper research and understand what truly happened 😒 I'm not a fan of mmld but I can't stand seeing them labeled problematic when their rumors were already debunked.ppl just love to hate
What's become problematic was their image has been tainted badly by those 'scandals'. Aside from that, here in the PH, their music (esp. Bboom Bboom and BAAM) was kinda overexposed and they were highly sexualised, especially Nancy. I didn't have any interest on them because of this, and I wish I didn't see those nasty comments ffs they were teenagers that time! Ironically, their recent activities in our country made me appreciate their personalities and their music. I wish their agency treats them better.
