Mud and Mirror Work (also known as Lippan Kaam) is a traditional mural craft of Kutch, Gujarat, India. Mud and Mirror Work is mainly done by the women of the pastoral community of Kutch, living in the outskirts of its villages.These scintillating murals bring life, gaiety, and beauty to generally harsh life of people of Kutch.

Fantastic! Very nice! Very unique. I would like to share one idea with you that before using Fevicol bottle, it 3 D colour bottle , first remove the sticker on the bottle. That will help you to create smooth flow of Fevicol or 3 D colour . Try it. I am a professional artist that’s why I have suggested this to you. Best work of you !👏👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌

use a wet cotton but to remove colour from mirror...

How u r cleaning the mirrors after colouring
It is beautiful. Just my opinion, why don't we color before sticking mirror in the circles, or after sticking mirror but before sticking clay, so that coloring won't be difficult as it should be hard to remove color if any from clay or mirror

In traditional lippan work , I think they actually use mud clay.

Hi, I love your work! I have a question. I made one Lippan art recently. When my art dried up I see 2 or 3 breaks in my long noodle that i formed into the big circle. there are actually many options when u come to painting, if you r beginner, then it is better to select easy medium and process
then select a reference
and watch few videos about it, then give it a try, without thinking about the output what others will think
JUST PAINT FREELY , with some knowledge about the medium u r using......
