The Story Behind the MODE XO.

The Storyteller MODE XO is our newest van, built on the 144" Mercedes Benz Sprinter, featuring an enclosed wet bath called the Storyteller Overland BoomBox™. While many are familiar with our original MODE featuring the HALO shower, this layout has emerged as a natural evolution of our established MODE OG, incorporating a highly requested feature-the stand-in shower, aptly named the Boombox™.
This new layout required significant changes to the original MODE. We’ve introduced features like the Electric Slide Loveseat and Groovelounge for flexible seating, alongside the innovative Electric Slide Window, while maintaining identical cabinet space, fit and finish, and most of the same features as the MODE OG. The van loses none of the quality, spaciousness, and aesthetic as the original Storyteller MODE.
The redesigned shower space accommodates space, even for larger sizes. Additions include a cassette toilet, removable shelves that also serve as molle panels, a fan, double lights, hanging rod, full-length mirror, and a new step for easier bed access.
Our core philosophy centers on being receptive to community feedback, and adapting with needs, while also ensuring the continued production of the MODE OG. We are excited to welcome more members into our community, further enriching our diverse audience’s experiences. Our commitment to versatility in adventure vehicles is reflected in the MODE XO through the introduction of the BoomBox and the Electric Slide™ loveseat second row electric seating replacing the GrooveLounge seating system of the OG MODE.

I Practically Lived In A Semi Truck.. (No Shower In A Semi.)
I've Also Been Camping In Vans For 30+ Years... Also , No Shower...
Truckstops Are Everywhere .. No Need For A Big Shower In A Small R.V.
THE OG WITH THE HALO SHOWER WILL ALWAYS BE KING.

Just saw one in person at the Adventure Van Expo in San Juan Capistrano, and it was awesome. However, I am holding out for a STO Ford Transit Trail. I will be buying a van in 2025, come hell or high water, so I am hoping they will have a new Ford option. The OG (Halo+Groove Lounge) is where my heart is; I would just like an integrated toilet, even if that means giving up some of the garage. :-)

There isn’t a quieter Class B on the market! PERIOD! Don’t drive the STO first. Drive any other Class B and then drive the STO it’s not even close!
