You need to rotate the charge cooler 90deg to put the coolant outlet on the top, otherwise it’ll never bleed and the heat exchanger will only be half full. Counter flow the cold coolant against hot charge air for max deltaT.

Next I got my hands on a GSR motor out of a wrecked 96 Integra b18c it never ran right though I had it running off my single cam ECU. So definitely didn't have the power that it could have. But back then nobody knew what they were doing or how tune them. Really miss that car would love to build another one. I entered to win the red MR2 always loved that body style and of course being a Honda motor double Plus. Hope to meet you guys someday. Love the passion. Also I signed the RPM act for you guys. None of that makes sense cuz any car that's 95 or older doesn't have to go through emissions. Here in Maryland. You can soup up any kind of carbureted car and do whatever the hell you want with it and you know those emissions are horrible. WTF EPA

If you ever throw your serpentine belt its going to wrap around your oil return line and rip it off. Been there done that with C5/C6 Vettes & Vortech YSI installs.

I knew I wasn’t the only one thinking this it would be cool to and personally I think it would make it more efficient Being how close the intake is to the intercooler there’s no as much space for fresh COLD air to be drawn in.
Sounds sooooooo good!! Idle AFR is likely not going to read anywhere near accurate with the wastegate off, so don’t spend too much time trying to dial that in yet. Between exhaust pulses it will pull in fresh air from the wastegate hole.
Don't forget to build a heat shield between the turbo/manifold and the IC. It will help a lot to protect against radiant heat exchange!! Also, a good ceramic coating like Swaintech on the manifold would also help in this way, but also to keep the heat in the exhaust to help with turbo spool efficiency
Sounds nothing like a V8, JS your absolutely right a V8 running on 4 burnt up plugs sipping on sake. You can make a 20hp Briggs,& Stratton sound like this with a hammer,& hack saw.

If you do some sort of race week event, I suggest you build a roof rack that includes a radiator. The last thing it needs to be is pretty. I suggest running the heater lines with some sort of quick disconnect. Some research required for ideal fittings.
If the goal is to keep the fuel system primed, then you want the check valve right after the pump on the feed. The less volume between the check valve and pump, the less fuel that will drain back
