Not allowing herself to feel angry won’t cure the root of her anger. I think that woman needs to heal her trauma through therapy. That way, she won’t make other people scapegoats
Jackie B you must admit this is a great first step, very much needed. There are probably so many people in the grave yards in prisons and out of relationships that may have been salvaged with this type of advice. So I look at this as a great step towards healing. That was a great piece of therapy, now it's on us to continue to grow. Btw this is not a license for the partner to abuse their mate. Take him to therapy with you and continue to research. And don't forget in any trying relationship we must look at what part we play in it regardless of who we want to blame. Don't forget when we answer the 'WHYS' we are on our way to true innerstanding. Everybody don't seem my mouth is my biggest problem the mouth is mine I have health issue I get short breath to fast when get up set when or when someone on on at me or then my heart starts beats fast it does more to me more upset than others that makes things worsers on me my breath short I can't think it's hard on me I try hard think control my breathing
