Got the 2020 staccato p with duo for Christmas. Thanks Santa! Put the Holosun 507c on it. Only got to put a couple hundred rounds on it with irons but passes my Wilson edc x9 as my new favorite pistol.
I have a Python and its absolutely amazing! I liked it so much I picked up the shorter King Cobra. I’ve never had a malfunction in the Python, using both 357 and 38. I also own a Holosun, the 507k and the larger one that’s titanium for my Glock 19 MOS, both are excellent!
Love the videos! Now that Trijicon has released the RMRcc, the questions is what is our mounting options for the DUO? It is not as wide as the standard RMR but I have not found anything indicating the mounting hole distance being the same. Is it too much to hope that it would just mount to the slide without a plate? Any info you have to offer or can dig up on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Lots of info on the new toys coming out. I was lucky enough to pick up my new Staccato - P in mid January and I'm still looking for a reasonably price holster. Where can I get a Staccato 2011 shirt like in the video?
Are thinner RMR duo plates still in the pipeline? Hearing conflicting stuff. Also, I assume the new magwell on the XC and XL is larger than the old Tactical slim on the DVC P and Staccato P? Is the tactical slim discontinued? Thank you!
The thinner RMR plates are already rolled into the new DUO Tactical models (P, XC) and the DUO Carry is a ultra low profile setup for the RMSC footprint. The new mag well is contoured internally to match the G2 grip module, and is a bit larger overall than the Tactical Slim. The old mag wells are discontinued, as no new production guns will have the old grip modules.
108Performance Thank you! You are THE MAN when it comes to these questions. Makes me wonder though, do you feel that STI could do a better job of relaying info like this to the public? I’m always confused about what’s new / what’s changing etc etc. Always lots of hearsay and niche information streams I feel like. Just my 2 cents
Unless Blackhawk has made real changes to the anchor points from the holster to the shank there is NO way I would ever consider them duty ready. I prefer my holster stay attached to my hip.
I get that point of view. However, the buried rear sight install used on the P is styled after the rear sight set up on a rather famous military unit who issued their 1911s with a rear sight set up this way. It worked well for them.
Great highlights from the show Hilton. Good news, I was finally able to pick up my XC at lunch today! So excited! Thanks!

Did you get to handle the Dan Wesson dwx?

progunner1973 RMRcc is a unique mounting footprint but we’re already discussing it with CHPWS.
Do you know if Blackhawk intends to produce holsters for the STI?
Looks like. Stay tuned, I'll be sure to report once it's confirmed.

Scott Riley I’m not sure the factory has them on the site or not...these were given to us to wear at the SHOT booth.

Does the R have the buried rear sight or just the non-DUO P?
Only the iron sight P

“Next thing you know it’s judgement day” Hahahaha 🤣
I really don't like the adjustable rear sight of the new Staccato P.
Too sport oriented choice for a high end Tactical/combat pistol.

.22LR conversions for Glock pistols go back a couple decades, I think.
They sure do. The point was that this is the first factory .22 cal Glock.
Hmmm... Looks like I won't be able to afford to eat for a while. STI, I love and hate you.
An STI will last a lot longer than that silly meal you covet.
