Literally Jumping on the seats hugging high 5 shouting and sense of Relief.
That was better than AFL Grand final .

This game is the perfect advertisment to promote AFL football ..i am 50 year's old and have seen alot of great game's ....but this was perfect , it had everything .what a game
This was one of the best games of footy ive ever watched. So many intense moments costly mistakes from both ends throughout the game, feel like umpires were actually fair. But we can all agree if gawn didnt touch the ball to stop goal dees would be through.
Dees would also be through if they could kick goals
AFL football , is starting to spread across the globe , some countries love it , others feel threatened as their code , however good , is nothing on the frantic pace of AFL , A PERFECT GAME AND A MISTAKE RIDDLED ARRRGHH FEST , BOTH 9.5/10 , no other code can match that frantic endeavour and not affect the viewer , why 96,000 turn up ,at 8 pm to watch a game of football , watch out world , here comes footy GO BLUES RARARA
Max would be shattered over that. It was just a brain fade in the heat of the moment.

The 360 scenes of the crowd, with every seat and every level filled up...AMAZING!! You could feel the sound of the crowd booming through the screen! Carlton's ability to compose themselves, regain momentum and take the game on, particularly in the final 5 minutes!! As Vossy says, you've got win the game a few times within the game to win a final. Whole team was excellent, but I've gotta give a special shoutout to Sam Walsh. Outstanding! Well done Blues.

I dont watch this that much but this game was SO great. The fans were just amazing and the game got closer and closer as it went with many stars showing their special skills. Amazing game.

Another standout was TDK. He featured in some big moments and came out trumps. Looks like he's grown into that body all of a sudden. Set for a good 2024 I hope.

This Blues team are built different. Once they turned that corner mentally it was all over for the rest of the comp. They’ll rack up a few premierships in the next seasons.

This was prob the best semi final to ever exist. As a Melbourne supporter it was heartbreaking to go out in straight sets. But I knew the second we were playing Carlton in the semi, we were going to lose 🫡 Gl to Carlton in the prelim, and this game will take a while to get through ❤️🩹

I've been watching footy since the 70s, & the semis & prelims always tend to be better than the grand final.
I don't know about this match being the best semi to ever exist though. There have been a lot of them.....

The 21 lions dogs was pretty ridiculous but this was just as good
96,412 people at the MCG and in the four finals played at the G so far, the average finals crowd has been over 87,000 people in attendance. Good for Carlton on a well deserved victory over the Demons especially at the last second.

I had conceded at that point and was thinking how well we had done this year to get to the semi. I was thinking about next year and what we may need to take another step then they pulled off a miracle.
The lesson here being: always believe it’s possible! Go the Blues!

Had Voss moved Curnow to center half forward, the Blues would not have had to struggle. Poor Charlie, May and Lever shut him down. Brisbane will be a greater challenge at the Gabba, especially if the weather is warm. But Carlton are capable of an upset.

What he's talking about here is that it's the first time in 42 years Carlton and Collingwood were aligned to meet each other in the Grand Final, as had we beaten Brisbane it would have been a Carlton v Collingwood Grand Final.

I am just gonna say it, Melbourne got so lucky in 2021, it was one of them right place right time seasons and they took it with both hands and were true winners. Now everything is back to normal the old melbourne just can not recapture that light again & i do not belive they will with this team or coach. Last weeks loss to my Pies was a sign that melbourne just lose the little moments which is not what you can do in finals footy, its why Collingwood struggle at the big stage because it is about the little moments in games like this.
I think if i was melbourne i would be fuming and looking deep into the system from top to bottom, with a list like taht and having won a title in 2021 they know they can capture lighting but lack the ability to do it again or maybe just they are unlucky that lightning doesn't strike twice.
