Jon Adam yeah, I know that, they were God awful in the 1st. They came back though which is good. Credit to the preds they were fun to watch as well and neck and neck until the Jets took the lead. Man that was a collapse! Also Thanks, man! I'll Be watching!
Jon Adam. I think he means the city as in the people. Was at the street party and it was constantly smelling of weed. People were drink everywhere. At one point there was a fight in the middle of the crowd even. The way the city has rallied around the team is great though.

I know after first period it was all jets. You just can't sit back casually in the playoffs against any team, great series its been so far!
Some terrible officiating gave them the opportunities. With that being said they capitalized on those opportunities.

I dunno. I have said it for years here; I’m worried of the Jets going really far, cause we have a city full of idiots who CAN NOT handle their liquor. Yes. Any age. Tons of 40+ year olds that try and start fights and get in each other’s faces and never mind those younger who’ll likely be majority of vandalism. Just a couple weeks ago on Saturday, someone set fire to a trash container on Graham by the Tim Hortons -_- whyyyy??!??

Jets 2018 look better than Canucks 2011, they have no holes anywhere. Offense, defense, goaltending, its all there. The Canucks couldn't erase an 0-3 deficit in a few minutes. This is the best chance a Canadian team has to win the Cup since Patrick Roy.

Goitta say...Winnipeg has been one of those teams throughout the NHL that were never really that good for so many years but this year is the real deal. They are a fast, young, exciting team to watch and I'm pulling for them. Winnipeg has a good core of players that will thrive for a long time.

Pekka gets the straps loose. No whistle. They score on the same play. Smith gets his stick knocked out of his hands. That’s a slash. No call. They score an empty netter. Usually it feels bad to complain about the refs but you got to be serious.
"When a goalkeeper has lost his helmet and/or face mask and his team has possession of the puck, the play shall be stopped immediately to allow the goalkeeper the opportunity to regain his helmet and/or face mask. When the opposing team has possession of the puck, play shall only be stopped if there is no immediate and impending scoring opportunity". Mask needs to be off dude, that's why goalie's shake them off to guarantee a whistle. And the Jets had sticks chopped from their hands.... That's just guys not holding their sticks tightly. Please watch the game without bias

The goalies are allowed to shake the mask off if it is legitimately broken. It's a ref's discretion to penalize them for it or not and they almost never do. It's happened to Helle in the regular season but because the mask is not off the play is not allowed to be whistled down. The rule needs to change but until then you have to deal with it
