Agreed. It sounds like a lot of the instruments aren't tuned properly. Sounds too sharp, especially the violins and trumpets. And the dynamics are all over the place as well. The trumpets are too loud too. And there's a lot of slurring between sections. It's like the piece is dragging trying to keep up with the tempo.

There's alot of rushing by percussion (obviosuly) lol and alot of people not matching pitch BUT that run in the middle of the song was nailed
I think it really speaks to the technical difficulty of playing this as an ensemble. Still an admirable performance!

this hurts me so much as a percussionists, but i think they’re rushing or either the band is behind, but i think it’s the former
