    Pls don’t ever stop posting. I started playing piano because of jazz. I can’t stop playing it. It’s addicting. Can you play ratatouille theme song. I know you will make the best version.

    Wow and much appreciated! Never a saw a lesson that demonstrated all the ornaments on Billi'e Bounce. Would so much appreciate a similar vid on Oleo with regular and slow speed as you've done here.

    I want to know, the second part is your improvisation or from some where.
    Maybe I heard that improve from other musician.

    Wow! The chart looked interesting. The whole thing is basically in triplets. I guess you have to feel it rather than play it as written.
    Thanks again Hiroshi. These tutorials are great!
    By the way what software are you using for the score?

    • @jazzpianosheet
      @jazzpianosheet  4 года назад

      You are right! I use "Finale".

      @@jazzpianosheet I guess you can also write it using eight notes but play with a triplet feel?

    Thank you for this Amazing lesson! I have a question if i were to comp on the Tune on beats 2& and 4& How would i do it on the triplets in bar 2? Is it just 16th notes or is it triplets?

    • @jazzpianosheet
      @jazzpianosheet  3 года назад +1

      In jazz, I think the right answer is to keep the score as simple as possible, but still convey the feeling, so I think the triplets are right here.

      @@jazzpianosheet Thank you! I was confused Yesterday but i figured it out after sitting down and playing the score.
      I was alternativt between playing the trills as triplets and 16th-notes, and was therefore in doubt of on what beat the notes were played.
      But i get it now! Thank you!

  • @chrisyyne8180

    Great arrangement as usual!!! Are those triplets same as swing eighths? Or do I have to play in strict time? Thanks!

  • @AntonStruzik
    @AntonStruzik 4 года назад

    You should notate swinged notes with eight notes because with the triplet notation it’s very confusing
