a hidden gem of austin. shoutout to the locals who've taken it under their wing to keep it playable! favorite hole is 16, a laced drive (wraith hyzer flip) gives an eagle bid (gotten it once before!) but a few degrees off line and it's scramble city thanks for highlighting it connor!
This course is great. I've been hitting it up over the past almost 15 years when we visit my wife's family down there. Favorite hole is the shelf hole, because (at least for me) it takes two good shots to get a birdie. I'm from Montana, and Connor, I have to say I appreciate that you have this course on video, and my local course, Diamond X in Billings, MT. Keep up the good work, man, and have a merry Christmas!
Love to see the busted ridge on film! For the give away my favorite hole at Austin Ridge used to be hole 3, but with all the damage from the winter storm it’s not as picturesque as it used to be so now I’ll go with hole 5 longs. Just a beautiful, gettable downhill par 3 look. I always park the hole with either a westside warship or mint jackalope depending on wind conditions on a lefty backhand turnover line. Recently with some branches falling off in the storms there is also an over the top lefty backhand line I’ll throw with a champ wraith as well. Thanks for keeping this place on your map, I wish the church cared more about it.
I played there about a month ago and the green on #4 had so much underbrush that you couldn't see the basket, we just threw where we knew it should be and went and looked to see if we were actually throwing at a basket anymore. It's too bad the course is in the condition it is. Some holes have gotten a lot more difficult with downed deadfall and over grown live stuff. #10 is a tough hole for me, have never come away from that hole feeling like I nailed it. You made #16 look easy... it ain't easy.
Sorry Connor. I tried sharing a link on Insta but I just could not figure out how to make a story with a link. I can comment on your stuff but I couldn't figure out how to share the youtube link. Oh well.

It's definitely a winter course as it's very overgrown in the summer. I like hole 3 with a destroyer.
Hole 3 is definitely my fave. Such a fun shot that has some room to actually throw.
