Sorry, unrelated to this video, but I don't have a public FB. I skimmed your John Fisher debate and was shocked when John Fisher said he didn't know, in a debate about ordination, that Jesus in Scripture blew on the disciples and said "receive the Holy Ghost" . That was just sad, I mean you can throw me history, philosophy, and science, but I should know more about Scriptures, be saturated with Scripture, love Scripture the way the apostles and Jesus did. Even if I didn't hold Sola/Prima Scriptura. What I fear with Catholic debates is them constantly shifting away from Scripture. And with Newman's arguments you can practically ignore Scripture for your doctrine. Now they have justification to completely disregard Scripture. I once read a Catholic apologist who said "I never turn to Scripture, rather, when I study I turn to the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Fathers". Even a non-sola-Scriptur-ist can realize this is not a historical position.
Hello Father Brother, if I may I would like to point out that the Church of Scotland is Presbyterian. I am as disappointed by that as you must be, but there is always hope that they may be driven off of the Isles.
@@wilsonw.t.6878 Hello sir, Would you have preferred more than one? I am sure that there is plenty of material concerning Presbyterians, Puritans, and Calvinists in general. I may need a while though, Advent is a very busy season. Have a nice evening.
At one point I say, "The Church of Scotland". What I meant was "The Scottish Episcopal Church". They're different from each other.
"The Bishop of Rome hath no jurisdiction in the realm of England"
