The beauty of cello concertos of this forgotten master is that #1 is in the style of late Haydn, #2 is in the style of those who link late classical period to pre romantic one, such as Ries and Hummel, whereas #3 is fully open to Schubert and beyond. Unbelievable he has been neglected even by whom resurrects unsung masterpieces (except our precious friend herewith who uploaded 3 concertos out of 6 he wrote)

Leider wollen aber Viele gute Musik nicht hören, und sie geben sich auch nicht die Mühe gute Musik erfühlen zum können. Ihr Leben erschöpft sich in Äußerlichkeiten, damit sind sie zufrieden.

Man muss errinern sich, das hörend Musik kann man nicht in Gefühlen "hangen bleiben", weil dann wirst man nicht wahrnehmen können, was jenseits der Melodien Lebt !!! Tepper Michael.
