I call it Neruomuscular Therapy. Only difference is instead of focusing on the belly of the muscle is going to landmarks just to the outside of the control of the tissue to create resistance and leverage for the muscle. Like a dumbbell in the hand for the bicep fairly far removed from the dumbbell itself distance wise to the bicep, but the leverage creates the resistance.

5 years of pain, did this and lost range of motion immediately just made it worse took 2 days to recover back to my original painful state. 5 years and over $18,000 spent on basely every solution anyone can come up with. please help someone what is the answer to my problem. I am becoming a burden to my loved ones and can barely work at this point.

Feel sorry that you have spent this amount of money and the problem still there 5 years later, the techniques in the video is only to lengthen some of the neck muscles so it shouldn't cause any problem (it doesn't when i do them on my patient) - unless the therapist did them incorrectly and used to much effort. Maybe see an osteopath where you live as sure they can help, regards JG

@@rpaul8497 doctor I first went to had it figured out. But he told me just suck it up and that I'm just getting older. Or he would stick a needle in my neck. Kind of made it threatening. 5 years later in physical therapy they sent me back for another MRI immediately sent me to get an steroid epidural in my neck. Fixed the problem in 4 shots. Pissed me off at how much money I wasted on physical therapy that I continue to say clearly was not working. I would love all my money back what a shit medical system.
