    Could the bubble have been touched up with lotion paint or would the colour differences between mediums be to great?

    I really like the design and want to try this. Can you do this without heat? Just flotrol dye and let it sit for 24/48 hours?

      You can, but your saturation and definition will be reduced

    Would this work floated on a white floetrol base layer? So it's deep enough for a domed disc.

    You can clean a disc off after you've already placed it in the dye and resend it? That is new to me...if true, I agree with your decision
    Also, a small plastic lazy susan from the dollar store may be useful for your hand spinning of the pan while you pour

      If you do it quickly the dye won't have set in yet
