Hey man you should really tighten the control arms with weight on them. If you don't when you put the car on the ground your bushings have a lot of unnecessary stress on them. I would recommend simulating it with a jack under the hub/lower ball joint etc. Then torque the bushing bolts. Good luck man.
Yea I know but can’t really do that because car is too low and don’t have a alignment rack to get under. It will be tighten while the car is on a alignment rack. The jack method works but it will be fixed anyways
@@TexasHondaChannel or you could just put blocks on the bottom of the tire to imitate it being on the ground. This way you don’t bind your bushing and cause premature wear and tear for improper installation. Also if you already know this is improper to install, would be a good thing to note to your viewers who are installing something like this for the first time so they don’t make the same mistake as you did.

Hey Texas honda I been watching all your videos and I have a 2001 honda civic that I like to install a K-24 engine into it but don't know where to start on it because parts costs to much to do so. But also I was wondering about my D-17 engine v-tec if it safe to lock the rockers on that single cam like people do on the B-16 engines?
not if Hes going turbo just needs to upgrade the differential but yeah, all motor most deff,i have K24 SWAPPED EP3 with the 5 speed and I beat 08 si with the k20z3 6 speed all day, with the same bolt Ons of course.

Got some on my sedan then had the extra cross brace that attached to the subframe brace but car sits to low sometimes idk y 🤔 and ripped it off 😆
Do you have rear disc brakes and if so how many lug nuts? If im correct this is same rear as my em2. Want to swap out my drum brakes

The ep3 5 speed is better. I prefer it over the 6 speed and staying all motor anyways
