In this episode of Star Wars Lore we take a look a protocol droid that's most commonly referred to as the "Death Star droid", The RA-7 Protocol Droid. A droid that was more than what it seemed to be.

What would be the astromech counterpart for RA-7?

Well The empire used R2's, R4's and R5's for a variety of different things so whichever model they had available at the time is what the RA7 would get. But thats just what I think

@@StarWarsLore1138 I also recall seeing at least one R3 unit on the Death Star. The strategic designation of the R3 units would go hand in hand with an RA-7 when you think about it.
