Apple sauce recipe

I make this amazing apple sauce for my Porchetta
Recipe
5 apple
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of mixed spice
1 teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent the apple get dark from oxidation. (I don't have one so my sauce get dark)
Cut and apple and bring it to boil until soft, use the potato masher this way you only have a nice smooth sauce without skin.
