that's Chillstep. It's kind of wrong if you say Chill instead Chillstep. That's like instead of saying Dubstep you say Dub (,in this case it would be really wrong because Dub is a real genre). I prefer saying Chillstep
Are you just making these genres up to get views these days? Look, this song has nothing to do with chillout/easy listening. They don't have these type of beats and are mostly used in longues. I would rather put this tune in the House-section.

Otherwise I would use Jessica Nigri's tits as wallpaper or make videos like "BEST OF VOCAL DUBSTEP 2015" like other channels. Normally I would label this video as "EDM" instead of "Chill" but the people would comment and say that its chillstep/liquid dnb/InsertAnyNewGenre. The label and artist that released the track labeled it simply as chill, so I just labeled it as "Chill" too. :)
