Everyone here is coming back on this and talking about the lore and how it hits different now but i’m coming back here and thinking about a friend group that I drifted apart from recently. This really hit hard for me, and I feel sort of heard now, for some reason. Thank you, Chikn.
Seeing this reminds of me of how much I miss my friends back in my school years. Everyday, I wonder where they are and when I'll ever get to see them again.

This is such an important mindset to have. “It’s ok to mourn the loss of that moment of them.” You can’t keep all the connections you make in life, and sometimes circumstances outside your control drive you apart and have made it so that you might never really *know* them again, but it’s ok to miss them and to mourn the moments you had with them. It isn’t your fault you aren’t with them today. It isn’t their fault they aren’t with you today.
I think it's that 1. It was his best friends 2. She didn't jst drift she out right jst ignored him to spend time woth her gf and claims to still be friends, people shouldn't do that Idk doh my opinion

This actually made me tear up a bit. I’ve recently lost such a close friend of mine, and it really hurts, but I just try and remember that there will ALWAYS be someone waiting out there to be your friend
@@Momiji436similar situation here. got into a nasty sort of argument with someone, i lose control and said… let’s just say, I said a word. one of them (I suspect) somehow managed to delete my main discord account over and now I’m just stuck on my alt with the dms of one person who hardly even talks as much as they used to. It’s hard but I’m sure someday I’ll recover, and someday you and other lonelies will recover too.
@@Pyotaro the time doesn't matter, ive been friends with two people for around 7 years aswell. But we were young and we grow up and unfortunately grow appart as time goes on. I wish I could keep my friendship with them, but it died, we are so different now that there isn't a way for us to connect. I thought we would be together forever but, there is no garrenty that will happend. Since we dont know where life takes us.

Brought some of my bestest friends in life where kids I met at the McDonald's play place we would bring our toys up and I have this memory of it was like a car and we would race our cars down the slide play pretend of a spaceship exploding and having to say goodbye it was time to go
This made me cry, at the moment I’ve had a great relationship with one of my friends and now she’s completely drifted away. This video hit me harder then I thought like it was saying what I’m going through

This hit me hard because I am still missing a old friend of mine who I knew only for a few months. She really understood me and was always supportive and genuine, I always beat myself up about it since she moved because I thought I shouldn’t be that emotional about it but this video saying it’s ok to miss someone makes me happy.

My grandmother's dog died in days ago his name was Caspar. He was a good dog, and took his last breath. It was so sad when he's in heaven. It feels so sadness grace, I won't forget about him all the time I pray. And I miss my old friends in the timeline. I won't forget who I met, it's unforgettable. I miss them... So I hurt. I can keep the hurt, my minds made up. I don't remember what I met, some reason forgotten, and I accept that. You can't have a heart without sadness, without loss.
This reminds me of the time when I lost my friend to depression. They died from blood loss and this really touched me. I still miss them to this day. Rest in piece 1998-2021

I remember watching this one a while back when I felt incredibly depressed due to people I used to be friends with leaving my life, it left me hurt for a very long time. It's normal to move on but it's also normal to remember the memories you've had with them and mourn for what is possibly the last you'll ever experience those memories with the specific people that left. You're not alone even if you feel like you are, you are still loved and cared about.

Idk why but it made me remember the times I hung out with my older brothers. They both passed away due to COVID last year and tbh I never gave myself a chance to grieve. Dear reader, don't be sad for me though, it's because of all the pain that caused me that I've become able to truly understand their lessons now. What they taught me will stick with me forever. And the very last lesson they taught was nothing lasts forever, and eventually there comes a time to say goodbye, and sometimes we don't know when it'll happen, so we should love everyone we have in our lives unconditionally, because one day, they'll fade and we'll never be able to fix it. Learn from my mistakes and spend time with your loved ones.
I know that this foreshadowed the fewer episodes bit I just want to say that Chikn captured the exact thought and feeling of losing someone you used to say you can never live without because you've grown too different. I had a bestfriend who I used to do everything with. We were incredibly compatible and we thought we would spend out entire lives together but he changed... and so did I. It also doesn't help that Chikn's color is yellow and his friend is blue. That was our favourite colors. It's going to be okay, Chikn. Sometimes you have to let someone you love go and that's okay. The real problem is when everyone you talk to always leaves you and you know it's going to happen again to the point of losing interest in meeting new people.
I had some amazing friends in primary school who all went to different high schools and even though my life is pretty good right now, I still miss those days when we would run around the playground screaming the lyrics to the duck song and making fake nails out of paper 🥲
I wish more people thought of it like this. I'm sick of people saying I should just find new friends. That's not the point. I'm allowed to miss how it was. Even if it's not like that anymore, or if they're no longer in the picture for me.
I'm gonna cry. When I was younger, I was always very lonely and felt like I could never really connect with anyone. But then I met this online friend who I knew for 6 years. They were the person that helped me to get out of my shell and feel like I wasn't completely alone. We had so many moments we laughed and moments where we leaned on each other's backs in hard times. I love them so much for that, but later on, we started to branch off to different interests and it felt like she was leaving me behind with her new friends while I only had her. It was tearing me apart at the time because I just couldn't help but feel bitter and jealous. At some point, she stopped replying to me for a few months at a time. Then when she finally replied she'd have excuses, like "I was feeling depressed", "I forgot to reply", or "I didn't see it". I believed her every time because that's how much I needed and appreciated her. Eventually, I made some new friends, who I could take comfort with and joke around with, and I felt I could finally move on. We don't really talk anymore, even though I still have her in my discord contacts. I miss her from time to time, and I still cherish those memories, but I'm happy with my current friends.

There are a lot of depressed kids on there, but the one I want to introduce you to specifically is Tsukasa Tenma. This is so sad bc I’m very sad rn that my bestie of my whole life is gone. She left me for the popular kids at school and it’s effected me more then I thought was possible. Thank you for making this, it taught me that although we were such good friends it’s healthy to loose friends and make friends. And it’s healthy to mourn over that.

My grandmother's dog died in days ago his name was Caspar. He was a good dog, and took his last breath. It was so sad when he's in heaven. It feels so sadness grace, I won't forget about him all the time I pray. And I miss my old friends in the timeline. I won't forget who I met, it's unforgettable. I miss them... So I hurt. I can keep the hurt, my minds made up. I don't remember what I met, some reason forgotten, and I accept that. You can't have a heart without sadness, without loss.

I remember watching this one a while back when I felt incredibly depressed due to people I used to be friends with leaving my life, it left me hurt for a very long time. It's normal to move on but it's also normal to remember the memories you've had with them and mourn for what is possibly the last you'll ever experience those memories with the specific people that left. I know that this foreshadowed the fewer episodes bit I just want to say that Chikn captured the exact thought and feeling of losing someone you used to say you can never live without because you've grown too different. I had a bestfriend who I used to do everything with. We were incredibly compatible and we thought we would spend out entire lives together but he changed... and so did I. It also doesn't help that Chikn's color is yellow and his friend is blue. That was our favourite colors. It's going to be okay, Chikn. Sometimes you have to let someone you love go and that's okay. Update : the pet who was sick unfortunately died this Wednesday.

I wish more people thought of it like this. I'm sick of people saying I should just find new friends. That's not the point. I'm allowed to miss how it was. Even if it's not like that anymore, or if they're no longer in the picture for me.
I'm gonna cry. When I was younger, I was always very lonely and felt like I could never really connect with anyone. But then I met this online friend who I knew for 6 years. They were the person that helped me to get out of my shell and feel like I wasn't completely alone. We had so many moments we laughed and moments where we leaned on each other's backs in hard times. I love them so much for that, but later on, we started to branch off to different interests and it felt like she was leaving me behind with her new friends while I only had her. It was tearing me apart at the time because I just couldn't help but feel bitter and jealous. At some point, she stopped replying to me for a few months at a time. Then when she finally replied she'd have excuses, like "I was feeling depressed", "I forgot to reply", or "I didn't see it". I believed her every time because that's how much I needed and appreciated her.
Eventually, I made some new friends, who I could take comfort with and joke around with, and I felt I could finally move on. We don't really talk anymore, even though I still have her in my discord contacts. I miss her from time to time, and I still cherish those memories, but I'm happy with my current friends.
