The Padres have a fresh start but there's still a lot of bad juju from last year. They really need a new GM. Peter was sick. He chose AJ and unfortunately, kept him on. The only way the Padres can have a great season is if they, as a team, go beyond the management and make a go of it on their own. Hopefully Mike Shildt is a decent coach. He'll have to have balls and guts to make a difference. Bob was a wimp.
