Wraith has a special passive that lets her hear voices for example “they spotted you” if someone is aiming at you. This comes from her lore because she was rescued from another version of her and she goes into the void which is her portal thing and it’s supposed to be like other versions of her speaking to her

The basic premise of Apex Legends is the game is about a blood sport that has become a popular form of entertainment (think wrestling, essentially). The way it works is when a match starts, the competitiors, knowns as Legends, are broken up into 20 squads of 3 people each. From there, they are dropped into a shrinking arena where they compete to be the last squad standing (it's basically fortnite). The games can be best summed up by the motto of their founder, Kuben Blisk: "They kill you, they're better. You kill them, you're better." As for each of the specific trailers:
1. The game's launch trailer, showing what a typical match would look like from the perspective of a Legend in-universe.
2. Actual gameplay trailer, no connection to the overall story.
3. Sums up the basic story of season 2 of Apex: a mysterious figure blows up the wildlife repulsion tower on the island, forcing the legends to move to a new arena.
4. The new arena again, nothing special.
5. Sums up the bio of the Legend that was added this season: Revenant was a hitman for a major crime organization, and he was turned into a Simulacrum.
6. Continuation of the story of the little girl from Revenant's trailer. Loba tried to find the data center where Revenant's personality matrix is stored to kill him for good, but the matrix gets warped away at the last second.
7. Season was setting up a new map here, hence the rocket, and also introduced the new Legend Rampart.
8. Formal introduction of the new map Olympus and the new Legend, Horizon.
9. Continuation of the bio of the new Legend, Fuse. Fuse left his homeworld, Salvo, to join the games, and his childhood friend was having NONE of it. Yes, she's a bit off the deep end.
10. Serves to introduce the smaller 3 vs 3 mode added this season called "Arenas" and the new Legend, Valkyrie. The arenas are separate of the main Apex Games and are run by a Simulacrum named Ash.

So Apex takes place years after the events of Titanfall 2. So In Titanfall, there are planets far from the core system of planets known as the frontier. The outlands are a collective group of planets far from the frontier. Wraith (AKA the lady that can go into a different dimension) has a short about her origins known as Stories From The Outlands “Voidwalker”. Pathfinder is a modified MRVN unit and his searching for his creator (His SFTO was called “Fight Night”)

For someone who hasn't seen these trailers, the transitions were too seamless for me. I had no idea where one trailer stopped and the other started.
See we kind of liked that. Felt like one long movie and it was kind of weird how they were able to blend together so seem less as they were different trailers but seemed to almost pick up at the end of the previous one
And actually, there were missing other trailers, that could help you to know what happened, etc.

Theres the season launch trailer (which is an introduction to the new season, all shown in this video), the “story from the outlands” trailers (which are more story based), and the character/gameplay trailers (which delve into each new legends abilities, the new season weapon, and map changes). If you had watched every trailer in order, the story would be more complete and make much more sense to someone who has never played

Each character has their own trailer about just them to give more background on them and their abilities, I recommend checking it out. I love Apex and the gameplay and lore it’s really awesome and well done, I’m glad you guys enjoyed it.

Man. It feels like nothing can beat these type of trailers. There’s a lot of good and fun trailers that I can suggest, a few of which I have already suggested, but there’s just nothing more fun and enchanting as the character trailers for League of Legends, Apex and Overwatch. And the story of those games are entirely contained within these trailers as the games themselves are just highly competitive player vs player games.
All those franchises are ones we plan to deep dive in so character trailers sounds like a plan to us 😃

Please be sure to also watch the "Meet the (name)" videos on each Legend. Although these videos go over the characters move set in the game, it gives lore into each character, such as what their real names are, personalities are like and reasons why they joined the Apex Games. Not only that, but you can see how their personalities match their moves. For example: Octane LOVES to go fast and be extreme, that is why he uses Stim (the shot) as well as uses a jump pad in the Season 2 trailer. It's so he can go for the extreme!

So S1’s character was Octane (Speedy speed boi). S2 was With Wattson ( the baguette that I main in game). S3 was Crypto (Hackerman). S4 was Revenant. ASimulacrum that was the best Hitman for the Syndicate. S5 was Loba wants revenge by trying to kill Tall Spook Man but was surprised that he wanted to end himself so she basically sent his source code to another planet so he can’t die .S6 was Rampart ( She’s became homies with Mirage and they have a brother and sister relationship). S7 was Horizon (Scottish Space Mom. Which I won’t tell her backstory because that’s for when you watch her SFTO). S8 was Fuse ( Australian Boom
Boom man). And For S9 Legacy we have Valkyrie. Daughter of Titanfall 2 most coolest bosses, Viper. As you can see in the trailer she is wearing her fathers helmet because he was killed by the protagonist in TF2 Jack Cooper and his titan BT 7274.

Yeah! I was so excited about this. I loved your reaction. You really need to react to all the Apex trailers because they are so awesome. There are some trailers called "Meet the legends" where they tell a little about the history and abilities of each character. There are also cinematics called “Stories from the outlands” where they delve into the backstory of the characters and show why each one joined the Apex Games. I hope you can see it all very soon. another cool think about apex is the amount of lgbtq characters they have
fuse (season 8) - is pan (gender doesn't play a dominant role in who he's attracted to)
Valk (season 9) - is lesbian (she is attracted to women)
loba (season 5) - is bi (attracted to both men and women, different from pan because gender does play a role, and bi ppl often have a preference.)
mirage (narrator in first trailer, dude who can create clones) - is bicurious (curious about exactly which sexuality he identifies with)
bloodhound (person who pulled out gun on fuse in season 9 trailer) - is nonbinary ( doesn't identify within the typical gender binary male/female, ppl who identify under nonbinary identify under different pronouns, but bloodhound identifies with they/them)
Gibby (bigger, tanker guy, shown in the first trailer) - is gay (attracted to men)
Such a diverse world snd characters on display. We love it 😍🤩

the killer robot name is revenant, and he is no being controlled by that guy, that guys soul is in the robot (i think) and he CANT die but he wants to, so he begs others to kill him while the robot body just goes around killing (you have to watch stories from the outlands to know every background of these charcters because even i am not sure what he actually is and does)
It’s a cool character even if we don’t “like” him. Better to say we root against him because we do like him as a villain. We plan to watch story from outlands 😃🥳
He can die he just gets sent back that’s why he is a synulacrom and his head is in a far away place no one can find by he wants someone to destroy it so he doesn’t keep coming back

Oh yeah, not sure if anybody else said it but Apex Legends is actually connected to another game called Titanfall. More specifically Apex takes 30 years after Titanfall 2 and the guy running the Apex Games is the main antagonist of Titanfall 2 named Kuben Blisk who is the leader of a group called the Apex Predators. The Apex Predators were a group of mercenaries that were the bosses in Titanfall 2, and after you kill almost all of them Kuben Blisk is the only one that gets away before the games final climax.
Just wanted to throw that out there for you : )

I’ve played Apex a lot over the last few weeks and I’m crazy about it. I never looked into the trailers until now and all of them are good, some better than others. It’s crazy to see how the game has grown not just with the Legends they add but with the small changes they made to the UI, the addition of EVO Shields, etc. I can say with certainty this is my favorite battle royale game and I really see it as the game to outshine Fortnite (still surprised it hasn’t died yet).
Glad you’ve been enjoying Apex! Have you checked out the stories from the Outlands stuff that goes into the lore? Those are worth watching if you haven’t seen them yet. One of our favorite parts of Apex 🥳😀

26:46 I also notice the different body shapes all the Legends have. Loba has a big butt, Wraith is stocky, Wattson and Lifeline are chubby, Horizon is a stick, and so on. Based on the Northstar short, Valkyrie's supposed to be thin and tiny, but unfortunately they made her into just another hot Asian in the game. Still like her though. She's my main.

Ok lets uhhh break this down because I am just.... Wow with how WAY off you are
1. Loba is Brazillian and has assets that Brazillians are well known for that big latin booty
2. Wraith isn't stocky at all she has a very average body type
3. Lifeline is rain thin she is legit a stick
4. Wattson also not chubby at all.... The fact you think her and Lifeline are chubby means you need to do two things turn your graphics up in your game or 2 get a new PC homie.
5. Valkyrie isn't that "hot" she is attractive but not a stunner she has a athletic body and tbh has a very tiny ass that one would almost say is flat also she is way more boyish then any of the other Legends save for maybe Bloodhound as we have no confirmed gender....
6. Horizon is thin and this is about the only thing you said correctly
7. Bangalore is also a athletic body type but she is toned to hell being a IMC soldier.

I love everything about Apex Legends. Not just the game, the characters, the lore, the production quality, Respawn Entertainment could legit make a whole movie or series with Apex.

Titanfall and apex share the same universe lore. The characters introduced in apex are all unique to itself but maybe in the future we will see direct cross over if titanfall 3 ever comes.

That final trailer, if you remember in the S4: Assimilation trailer, in that first snippet, you see a simulacrum with a hood on. That's the same one who's voice you heard. Her name... Is Ash. She is one of the Original Apex Predators. Kairi Imahara callsign Valkyrie, is the daughter of one of the Apex Predators, Viper, who died during the IMC Militia War on Typhon in Titanfall 2

Theres a few Stories From The Outlands now. There is also a recently released cinematic that shows Pathfinders origin story but has fallen under a different bracket for some reason

The lore in Apex is honestly very immaculate! You should not only look it up on YT but also listen to the in game voicelines, they reveal a lot.

Those two lines Valkyrie says in the trailers "Valkyries got you in a pipe 5x5," and "when you get to hell tell them Valkyrie sent you" are lines that her father viper said in titanfall 2

The first legend that was shown was Octane, with the metal boots. His ability is a speed drug that makes him go faster.
Some of the others are the girl with the pink buns (Lifeline), who has a deplorable drone, the guy with the red glasses is Mirage, who can clone himself, the guy who was paired with Mirage and Lifeline is Crypto, who has an EMP drone. The big guy with the shield is Gibraltar, and the girl who can teleport is Wraith. The one with the knife carving wood is Bloodhound, who can use sonar to detect enemies, basically wall hacks. There’s been some other legends, Pathfinder, the robot with the grappling hook, the red robot Revenant, and the girl with the bracelet is Loba. The girl with the mini gun is Rampart, and the redhead girl is Horizon, who can summon a black hole. The guy with the grenade arm is Fuze, and the girl with the jet pack is Valkyrie. The girl with the electric fence is Watson, and the guy with the gas is Caustic. The girl with the rifle is Bangalore, and the girl typing on the computer and watching them is Ash, the newest legend.

The Robot at the end is called Ash. She's what is called a Apex Predator that you fought against in Titanfall 2 story mode. She was originally dead, and was then brought back to life.

I think this game pulls people in so much is because each character has a personality that the game developers and voice actors really put effort into, unlike other games that have characters, but they don't have much personality. Hell, the legends even have in-game voice lines whenever they're firing, healing, reviving, thanking a teammate, being shot at, getting knocked down, etc. And the storyline just gets better and better. I do recommend watching the Titanfall and Titanfall 2 trailers, as they are both in the same in-game universe

Yayy!! I know you guys are packed, but you should check out Stories of the Outlands videos. They're about the lore of each character. I believe they have one for Wraith, Pathfinder, Bloodhound, Valkyrie, Horizon, and Rampart. I could be missing some.
What I love about Apex is because of the diversity. We have different ethnicities, we have a bi character, a lesbian, a non binary, a gay character, some robots. The one with the "big booty" is bisexual. She and Valkyrie (who is gay) flirt with each other lol.
Dig it. Good news is we loved it so definitely don’t mind check out some more stuff. And hopefully this vid finds its way to the Apex Legends fans so they can flood our community with more requests for content 😉🥳🍾😎🤟

Fun fact about mirage he sends decoys of himself that his mom told him how but his mom is suffering from the memory loss thing and she kinda remembers her son because of all the wins he gets but a lot of ppl think that sometime shell not remember him anymore and before he joined the apex games he asked for her permission which is sad

i highly recommend ya check out the storys of the outlands for apex aswell.its somewhat of the pre-legend tease and or a origin story for all the legends.^^

Wraith is so cool
3:38 All legends have 1 passive ability, 1 active with a short cooldown and 1 ultimate with a longer cd. Wraith´s passive is the ability to be notified if an enemy is aiming at her even if she dosent know where the enemy is. Her active ability is total invulnerability for a few sec and she gets very hard to se. There is ofc a trade off in the way that she leaves a small trail of smoke behind her as she runs away when this ability is activated so u can still track her and during this time while she cant take dmg she cant fire back. Her ulti is abit missleading in the cinematics as she cant just enter and exit as she wish. But instead she activate it in 1 place and then she can run a fixed distance and leave en exit portal in another place and the distance is fairly long. Now she and her team can move back and forth betwinn those 2 point near instantly when they run into 1 of the portals. However enemys can also use them so if u are getting chased into a portal u can set a trap at the other end as they come out if they follow u. This skillset makes her the perfect scout to act as a pointman for her team. Lets say your team need to cross an open area she can start her portal from behind cover run out and should any1 aim at her she gets warned activates her invulnerability that also have a speed boost to quickly get in cover drop down the exit portal and now her team can cross without fear of getting caught in an open area. For the first 6-8 months i would say she absolutly dominated with her smaller model aswell as a smaller hitbox making it even harder to hit her. Now other Legends have been tweaked so she isent as overpowered as back then but she still has the same skillset.

Octane got his legs from lifeline after he tried to use a grenade in a kinda parkour race called the gauntlet you can do this race in the titanfall game series the green juice you see in the pipes on him are pretty much just drugs that make him energetic and fast
So he is a junky 😂🙃
