Genesis 1:29 is God’s original diet we were designed for.
“ I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”
After the flood, God allowed eating meat, but it isn’t our optimal fuel…especially the closer we are to the second coming (Toxins, mutated DNA, parasites,…). - “Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

I'm not against veganism or vegetarianism, but the diet for Adam and Eve was before sin, after sin the torah is pretty clear about what we can and can't eat, I do agree we don't need to eat so much meat, but I personally feel better eating meat once or twice a week. We are all different, the diet that works for you may be harmful to someone else.

True that when people change their diet suddenly they don’t feel great, but when they gradually add in healthier alternatives and decrease animal foods …their health Always improves. God created human machinery the same in all of us…the “eat right for your type” is incomplete info and false for long term.
Genesis 1:29 is God’s original diet.

I don’t hold the same dietary belief but I do agree to an extent on the head covering. There are a lot of arguments against it and I truly believe when you look at the few verses there are about women covering in the Bible there is something there. The test of an adulterous woman in Leviticus (assumes a married women would be covered) and of course 1 Corin. 11 come to mind. Not only did Apostle Paul start the chapter right before the covering passage by saying “Imitate me as I imitate Messiah” and “hold fast” as he “delivered traditions as it was passed to him”, he also mentions “because of the angels” and according to Isaiah 6:1-3 , the angels near the throne cover themselves and their own glory when they approach the Father.
I wonder if mimicking their humble approach when praying or dealing with scriptural issues was what Paul was meaning. Also when the argument comes up that “it was cultural.” I honestly want Bible culture to be my culture. Not 21st century culture.
For me personally I’ve been covering with headbands, caps, and scarves daily for a year already and it has been a powerful thing to my spiritual life. Regular fasting has been the only other thing that’s surpassed head covering in noticeable changes in my walk and closeness with the Father. I could go on and I know some may disagree with me but it feels like a beautiful way to show our Bible culture and that I’m a woman trying desperately to walk in righteous behavior. Until the day Father Yah shows me something different.🩵

Numbers 5:18 mentions head coverings. Talmud (Ketuboth 72) states that because of this under normal circumstances hair covering is a biblical requirement for women. The Mishnah in Ketuboth (7:6), however says that hair covering is not an obligation of biblical origin. It discusses behaviors that are grounds for divorce such like “appearing in public with loose hair, weaving in the marketplace, and talking to any man” and calls these violations of Jewish rule as opposed Mosaic rule. This categorization suggests that hair covering is not an absolute obligation originating from Moses at Sinai but is a standard of modesty that was defined by the Jewish community. We also have to remember that the Talmud is the Jewish oral law are statutes and legal interpretations that were not recorded in the Five Books of Mose which were laws that were claimed to be given by God to the people while Moses was on Mount Sinai receiving the 10 Commandments…..

There's a great book called "What the Bible Says About Healthy Living" by Rex Russell. It's your average christian book. Bought it at Family Christian back in the day. The scientific evidence of just how unclean the unclean foods are was eye opening. It's not pro-meat or pro-vegan, but it does mention that the lifestyle of the ancient Jews were such that they did eat meat but it was very sparingly. Between the sacrifices and the funds required for it, it wasn't like they had spare cows hanging around for hamburgers. I believe it mentioned that humans do not need any more than 4-16 ounces of meat per week or something like that. Very low amount. I believe it. Also, the irony that the christian church preaches on the audacity of Eve going against God's command to not eat a specific food item, yet today they preach against the audacity of Torah observant people NOT eating specific food items... Never gets old!

There’s nothing in the Old Testament about head covers. When you look into Jewish literature some of their cometary state that it was a Jewish thing and not a command from God. Women throughout history covered their hair. They also covered their ankles as a form of modesty and or reverence to their god. Head coverings are optional and one’s own conviction.

My knees started hurting a few months ago (& giving out on me). I started using Collagen every day & Moringa supplements (natural anti-inflammatory). My pain is gone, but I feel like I caught it "in time". Have you tried seeing a chiropractor (good quality) &/or physical therapy? Surgeon's are quick to cut - that's their means of living (job)...I was able to avoid neck & back surgery due to seeing a good chiropractor & doing their physical therapy (not the conventional route most people do). Sometimes surgery is the only option but I pray your pain will subside & give you peace.🌺

Veganism for many women long term they become infertile because they will lose their period. Through carnivore I was able to conceive. I am all for health and eating the foods that Yah created but veganism can be helpful for some with certain digestive issues but also just taking out all processed foods and eating natural and lots of organic meat is good as well. Protein and fat are very important for our diet, so that’s the only portion of this I’m not all for.

Nice conversation, though I think the fact that his diet choice came long before his faith, he may be trying to fit the diet into the scripture to enforce it. If it works for him, great, but I wouldn't call it a biblical diet in its entirety.
I had a friend who was a vegan, then vegetarian for one of her pregnancies and it destroyed her babies teeth. He had so many problems with his teeth being decayed without even being exposed to sugar. She opted to eat meat for her other 2 pregnancies and didnt have the same health issues. The diet was the problem.
It works for some, but not a broadbrush diet for all.
What Yah had declared food, unclean and clean, is universal in blessing and curse.

So I stopped wearing makeup over a year ago and so far not 1 person has said anything, like are you sick?
In fact, I actually feel like people respect what I'm saying more, because they're only listening to the words I'm sharing and not so distracted by my hair, makeup, outfit, nails, shoes, purse, etc...
There are so many times when a group of Christians women are getting together for lunch and as soon as 1 of their friends walks in, it only takes about 5 seconds for someone to say: Oh, I ❤ your hair, your outfit, purse... and then of course that conversation could go on for a whole 5 minutes.
    It's so incredibly shallow!

I don't know if they think I look awful so they don't want to say anything or if they don't notice-it's so weird. I also think some of them might feel convicted and therefore don't want the conversation. Funny to know it's happened to someone else too.

Regarding diet, we haven't been in the garden of Eden (vegan) for a very long time. All we need are 2 things to know what is the proper human diet spectrum.
    1. Biblical instructions for clean animals and plants that can reproduce (natural foods).
    2. The unbiased, first hand accounts of Weston A Price.
The "Nourishing Traditions" diet which includes omnivore to near carnivore, is proven. The healthiest, most robust cultures all had emphasis on important nutrient-dense animal foods. They have important fats and nutrients that regenerate the liver, cleanse, and build health and well-being.
