The thing is, I'd rather see Andrew learn something new on-camera than to have a guest who's an expert at (whatever). I relate to him much more than the experts.
It just goes to show he's dealt with similar flavors/experiences and knows those type of things require time and money a cheaper manufacturer wouldn't account for.
People who only watch Binging with Babish: “I love Babish, he’s so calm and his voice is so gentle” People who watch more of his content: “Andrew is chaotic as ****”
I'm really loving all of these more chaotic vids. BwB usually seems very professional these days, until you see Botched and we see the "real" team, which seems to constantly be Brad making bad jokes and being mocked for it, Babish losing it, and Kendall smiling serenely amidst the chaos. Jess meanwhile is dancing like nobody is watching, even if the camera is still on.

I took a wine class in college ("Beverage Appreciation") and one of the things I learned was what legs were and how to check for them. Now it's my go-to for determining how "nice" a red wine is.
There is a difference between cheap wine and high quality wine. The issue is that most of us don't drink expensive wine all that often, or we don't drink wine much at all, or we are used to cheap wine, so we end up either preferring the cheap stuff or not being able to tell the difference. But it's mot because there isn't a difference, it's because we just don't have enough experience. Does any of this matter? No. Drink whatever wine you prefer. Just don't say there isn't a difference, there is, it just doesn't matter.
Also as the title of this video suggests I think there’s a diminishing returns aspect. I’m pretty sure a $30 bottle would be more similar in quality to the $100 bottle than to the $10 bottle despite being much closer in price to the $10 bottle, all other things being equal.
I love seeing you get more and more comfortable on the camera! Its gives me alot of inspiration for starting my own stuff and keeping a positive mindset to ensure I'm still "me" when in front if a camera.
lol not true, even casual drinkers can tell the difference at this price point...but that doesn't mean that you necessarily prefer the more expensive option
You should try to make the Coquille St. Jacques with lemon from Hitch, the one that gave Hitch the allergy that made him drink benadryl like an Italian drinking wine.

I took a wine class in college ("Beverage Appreciation") and one of the things I learned was what legs were and how to check for them. Now it's my go-to for determining how "nice" a red wine is.
That just determines the alcohol content hahaha, unrelated to quality
Yeah, the legs have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of a wine. Nothing at all. Zero. It’s just a way to estimate the alcohol content.
“I know my shiet” 😂
Unemployedwineguy actually teaching wine tasting to Andrew, turning into an actual somm series in the BCU, would be content I would pay for.
