The 700-square-meter flower garden, Buwakan ni Alejandra situated in Balamban, Cebu. It is about an hour from the heart of Cebu City. It is home to a variety of flower plants and features approximately 200 kinds of flora and fauna.
Cebuano, the predominant language spoken and used in the Visayas. Thus, "buwakan" comes to mean "flower garden."

Mas maganda ang Buwakan ni Alejandra vs Sirao garden kasi mas ok ang layout ng Alejandra garden. Ang Sirao, messy, maraming statues , kubo at anu pang structura maka wala ng magaling na perspective here and there, parang chaotic talaga. Amsterdam is flat na naman ang lupa, hindi hilly. Saan ba yun na kuha nila. Sana talaga Swiss garden, kasi sa bukirin yan ang Sirao. But anyway, kudos sa Alejandra garden, maganda mas doon ako pupunta kon dyan ako.

If you’re coming from Cebu City, go to Ayala Center Cebu Terminal and then ride a van going to Balamban via Transcentral highway route. Tell the driver to drop you off at Buwakan ni Alejandra.
