I think the QB is looking at the OLB and MLB from the direction the shallow is coming from. I think he knows that if one of those two guys is chasing hard he has numbers for the run. I could definitely be wrong but that’s what I think. The OL is vertical setting for a two count I believe and they try to time it up and are basically running zone base with a pass set with OTs trying to wash C gap player past everything.
