I Miss IBUs | Citra Centennial blink-182 tribute IPA | Grain to Glass

We broke in our Yakima Valley Hops cans with this re-interpretation of an old recipe we brewed many years ago. While the original recipe was somehow a calculated 182 IBUs (get it?), we brought it down to a more reasonable 82. Featuring Centennial on the hot side and Citra in the dry-hop, this straddles the line between a West Coast and a New England IPA. This homebrew is a nostalgic return to our pop-punk days, as well as our early homebrewing career.
