- hello there! today I’m taking you on a quick shopping trip in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. I stopped at both Daiso and Yuzawaya for some (mostly yarn related) crafts. I have a confession: I ended up getting a little more yarn after this haul. I’ll show bits of them in my Japan vlogs, whenever I get around to editing them 😅 This was also the first time I was able to keep the original audio in the video, and it was pretty nice. I already miss Japan 🥺 I hope you’re doing well! 💗

my friends took me to a couple of thrift stores and I was totally blown away by how organized and fun it was to shop in 😍 I’m normally really overwhelmed in thrift stores but I even found several things this time! I hope you’ll get to go someday!! 💗💗💗

Random question: If you don’t mind sharing, where did you get your flowy white skirt(?) from? It looks lightweight and I love that it’s lengthy. 🙂 I’ve been thinking about trying to wear more than a t-shirt and shorts (although it’s tricky since I’m based in Hawai‘i 😂)

was wondering what kind of yarn options there are in japan when you pulled out the ribbon and thought "wow what great shinee colour" - surprise shawol! hope you had fun at the concert!!!!

Just wondering if you saw any tulip crochet hooks in yuzawaya? I'm going to tokyo towards the end of this year and am looking to find the tulip crochet hooks

I actually don't know where to get mohair or finer yarns in Japan, but I think there are a few videos of creators shopping in Kyoto & Tokyo for it on RUclips! best of luck!!!
