We’ve found house churches are not for evangelism. Evangelism is carried out informally by individual members. Eg to belong to the house church we attended before Covid meant God would send you. Two couples travelled to various countries for evangelism. A single lady was sent to north east India and my wife and I were sent to travel Australia.
House church evangelism makes me a little weary of creating homogeneous congregations. Maybe it disincentives you to invite individuals that wouldn’t “fit” such as singles if the congregation is families with young kids. This isn’t exclusive to house churches, but I wonder how you guys approach this potential dilemma
