Def without the extra note for me. They clearly leave it out on the original recording, not that, that should matter to anyone. Just play it the way you enjoy, but this way sounds right to my ear.

Not Am but C#m ... when you capo the guitar you raise the pitch relative to the number of frets! It's also played at the 3rd fret in Cm, if you want to play along in pitch with Miley?
