Did anyone there ever test this thing before you approved the changes? I don't think I've ever seen a company drop the ball and ruin a perfectly good design as much you guys did with your "redesign". The thumb screw used to be perfect....I could roll it in my fingers with no issue and delicately sense the appropriate tension on the band through my fingertips. With the redesign having only four large splines, it is almost impossible to spin it in your fingertips. Four splines is not enough. It's like trying to spin a block in your fingertips. Go back to the tapered shallow groove 5- or 6-spline design! Also, the plunger is stupid. There is confusion as to what position the plunger should be in relative to the gingiva. This video clears it up but the included product use instructions are not clear at all. Additionally, the plunger sticks up too high and now I can't get my Valo curing light close to the tooth like with the old design. What was wrong with the old lever design????The plunger gets in the way! Soooo dumb! You took a perfectly good product and made pointless changes that do nothing but make it harder to use. HUGE FAIL!
