The 80's was such a creative and fun time to be a teen in Canada. I loved watching CBC, actually I still do but there was something special about the 80's.

Awesome promos, with when CBC had GOOD shows back in the late 80s... and the Winnipeg Jets were still around, I miss them dearly and hope they deservedly return. That is a young Peter Mansbridge there, too. Thanks for the video.

    Babar
    The Raccoons (my favorite :)
    Road To Avonlea
    Danger Bay
    Under The Umbrella Tree

Yes I am. But one thing I have to point out. I'm 18, but I find watching classic commercials gives me a blast of what it was like in the past.

Does anyone remember a show on CBC during the 80s about a super grandmother? I can't find anything about it, but I swear it existed.
