This looks amazing. I roast an entire bulb of garlic in the oven then I warm up whipping cream on the stove and add the roasted garlic and use the warm mixture on the hot potatoes. Garnish with chives and butter.

I also do not roast the entire bulb as one, I peeled all the cloves of garlic and place them in the middle of a big enough piece of aluminum foil and drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle a little sea salt and black pepper and enclosed the foil all around the cloves of garlic. Where I live the garlic bulbs are really small so I get more out of it this method and there is no waste.

@@TERRIANNSKITCHEN I season the salmon with black pepper,a little salt seafood seasoning garlic and onion powder. Then I add jerk seasoning. Fir sauce balsamic vinegar Brown sugar and honey. I diced fresh mango, tomatoes and add red onion and cilantro and add a little black pepper then topped it on salmon and then I just sauteed some mushrooms in red wine.

I don’t always use heavy cream but when I want that creamy texture and have no cream in, I use cream cheese🤤 it melts into the potatoes perfectly. With a helping of salted butter black pepper and some garlic and a splash of milk
