    Oh my! We plan to retire in either Spain or Portugal next year and are visiting in April or sooner if needed.
    Beautiful property. Can it be a B&B legally? If so this might be the one. Can I get an estimate of monthly maintenance costs?

      Hi Thankyou for your message.
      Tourist license needs to be obtained from the local council in Priego de a Cordoba there is no reason why it would be declined.
      Maintenance costs im sure are standard to any other property. It is in good condition and you can use a local to maintain the olive groves it’s they will benefit from sale of the olives.

    Again....so awesome. I'd like to put down a non refundable deposit that gets applied to the purchase if I buy or forfeited if I don't, in order to have more time to make all the arrangements. Is that possible?
