My Mi 10000Mah 2i is been charging 7hrs and it's blinking the first of four led indicator and when try to charge my cell phone it would not charge. I think my dad over use the powerbank even after the battery is drained out. What do you think is the problem? I badly need the answer as quick as possible.

as long as the power bank is connected to the phone, the lights are on. if it is not connected to any device, the lights will go off in a few seconds
