Both are a means of cure bestowed by our Allāh Ash-Shāfee -Jalla Fee 'Ulā- and explicitly mentioned by His beloved Messenger Muhammad (S). However, always seek expert Rāqī and medical doctors advice on how best to utilise them, as the application will differ from person to person, especially if You have a medical or a skin condition.
