Minute mark 4:31 It's for filling zip lock bags without laying the bags down. The sides of the bags slide up under the green prongs to secure them. then fill
The copper wires with wooden handles are called 'dowsing rods' Some old timers did the same trick with willow branches to show where to dig a well. My father could locate power lines, water lines, old foundations etc. using just copper wires.
About the Elgin watch. This watch is no way 18 hundred anything. Wrist watches didn’t come into any kind of fashion until after WWi. This looks like a very common style from the 1920’s. Clean and classy. And kind of mass produced, refined and now more comfortable to wear. The watches from before ww1 were pocket watches put on a strap and weird looking things. Google what Patak Philippe’s first wristwatch looked like. This watch is for sure post war and one of many that looked like this. It is beautiful, tho
The green armed man as we call them you put your ziploc bags one on each arm so it holds the bag open. I give them out to those who come to eat that needs one.

The crimp cutter can be used for ravioli, pie crusts, pasties, empanada...
