Just awesome! To really de-stress just lower to enough volume, and clap your hands and engage all your fingers. This process was thought to me by my yoga teacher. The nerves in the finger area when given stress will stop all the mental stress.
Only thing that was missing was a good music, and this drum music just solved that problem.
