Hey you. Thank you I needed this today. Could explain my sadness today but blah blah blah just another sad story. I'm changing my vibration today. I don't have to stay there here and be sad anymore. The gate was lifted for me along time ago. I just didn't see it until now...Im free and today I know it and move forward out of my cage into the unknown. I have forgiveness faith and hope. my wife and i play simple rhythms with our kids in a family drum circle using frame drums and rattles, after doing this for awhile the rhythm gets under your skin and you start seeing rhythm and song in life, and the blessings just come. i enjoyed this, please continue making more.

I found this music video this morning and my productivity increased by 100%! How do I know the percentage? I’ve done things I didn’t think of doing today! I was only going to walk my dog, do easy yoga, stretch my legs and back, and take a shower but I decided to do weight lifting in my backyard, I did back exercises, squats, I did harder yoga, and now I’m eating a low fat protein packed meal with water. I walked to the restaurant instead of driving there. I cleaned and organized my room. I’m going to clean the restroom. I’m going to exercise some more before I shower. I keep putting this video on repeat. It’s very calming and it allows me to focus. I love Indian music!
