What ever area they mentioned is very costly area, not correct information. In my apartment current rent is 22k in whitefield. People want 5 star hotel for 25k, how they will get.
Today cost for construction has increased by 30%. Cost for 2 BHK is 1.5 crore to 2 crore. What owners can do..? Steel 18% gst Cement, stone, msand, labour cost transportation for construction 😢
If you can't afford then move out to small localities shift to independent house. Please don't disrespect people or place that has given you livelihood.
Bangalore landlords are always looters not only now, but right from 1980's itself when compared to other metros.( That too without proper water and sanitation)
Wrong report. Often bachelor's share the apartment. So each one pays 10k to 12k. This is not too much. For this amount , they enjoy many amenities available within the society at no cost.

Which apartment is it
?
I agree
In my place 15 to 20k for 2bhk Bellandur
They stay only in 5 star ⭐️ apartments they need to spend that much only
This is the problem of people coming from small towns and villages, they never lived in a rent of 25K so they expect it’s a 5 star 😂😂
In HSR, 2 bhk would cost roughly 30k to 45k depends on furnished state of the houses. In BTM area, you can get same for half of the price.
Wow my head is still shaking from the zoom with no optimisation 😅
Irrationally they are increasing the rent , salary is miserable
JP nagar 4th phase -- saw 2 BHK for 35k. Very average - old - narrow road - without any furnishing. 1000 sqft. Rentals are skyracketing.
The boom of it companies, they should spread outer of Bangalore. Govt should put some strict restrictions for parking or building small small house.
Rent should be 30% or ur family income.
It's still high... You can get properties within 20% of your family income
Where are you from?
What's you monthly rent post on tax?
What's your monthly rent including maintenance?
@@VijaySPu earn in lakhs per month dude 😂 so u can
@krishnakanthapple183 confidential info. Can't share 😂
Deposit is not 10% of the rental amount, it is 10 TIMES the rental amount. However, point noted & well taken.
Good thought…👏🏻well said👏🏻
Metro politics by politicians and corporates to compress middle class in a particular area. Artificial real estate property price increase.

Dude, don’t comment based on inputs from builders, ask a civil engineer
😡😡 Looting other state people by too much rent !! Indians should boycott this so called Kannadigas loot city
Please stay in your state only..there is no state as friendly as Karnataka there are so many other state people living happily.
It’s not looting. It’s demand and supply. People from north are migrating to Bangalore in record numbers. Housing is on high demand.
Most of the house owners are also other state people.

I've been here for more than 10 years, my karmbhoomi now. I've had good experience throughout...
When small town grown to IT hub of India, this is normal same as for any other metro city where 20/25K rent for 2bhk is basic
Started my career in 2010 in Bangalore..left Bangalore in 2012 ....happy now wfh
I pay 25k for 3 bhk ecity phase 1. This is minimal price. Similar homes in my area cost around 30-40k
Kids are paid more, mainly by IT companies.Lakhs.for 2years experience.
This is what is called rich vs poor.
What a false statement "has the highest rental prices". Mumbai will be like, hold my beer. Dont even dream about south mumbai
sarjapur road rent is 50k for 2bhk...
rent increased 50% landlord is saying either you pay or vacate
Non sense! Mumbai is still costliest by 50% than Bangalore
No water, very soon real estate will crash here
You guys are buying homes? 😅
