What ever area they mentioned is very costly area, not correct information. In my apartment current rent is 22k in whitefield. People want 5 star hotel for 25k, how they will get.

This is the problem of people coming from small towns and villages, they never lived in a rent of 25K so they expect it’s a 5 star 😂😂

In HSR, 2 bhk would cost roughly 30k to 45k depends on furnished state of the houses. In BTM area, you can get same for half of the price.

JP nagar 4th phase -- saw 2 BHK for 35k. Very average - old - narrow road - without any furnishing. 1000 sqft. Rentals are skyracketing.

Deposit is not 10% of the rental amount, it is 10 TIMES the rental amount. However, point noted & well taken.

It’s not looting. It’s demand and supply. People from north are migrating to Bangalore in record numbers. Housing is on high demand.

Wrong report. Often bachelor's share the apartment. So each one pays 10k to 12k. This is not too much. For this amount , they enjoy many amenities available within the society at no cost.
