Cabo Real Estate Market Predictions for 2024
Here are 5 predictions for the Los Cabos real estate market:
1. Luxury real estate sales will stay on fire. Areas like Chileno Bay, Palmilla Los Cabos, Maravilla and high end market will continue to sell.
2. Condos in Cabo San Lucas, Tezal área, will become a buyers market. There is a lot of inventory.
3. 20% - 30% of the agents here are not getting any sales. This is the same market post COVID. Expect to see some agents leave.
4. Be careful with ground up pre-construction projects. Prices have increased, along with developers egos.
5. The real estate market here will sell over $1.5 Billion, keeping on the same pace as the past 2 years.
