Nice thaya called the 3-2-1 method. Three hours smoke at 225 to 275, 2 hours wrapped in foil and 1 hour to char it up. However I only spend about 40 minutes charring it. Love the video !!!
The Weber ranch is at the office. That’s used for big cooks when we have 50-70 ppl to cook for when we have like Xmas in the office and times like that
